Adolescent & Parent Portal

The Adolescent & Parent Portal is designed to support emotional growth, resilience, and self-reflection at home. Each module includes asynchronous activities that adolescents and caregivers can complete together or independently, creative resources including a journal and art-based projects, and readings to introduce the basics of CBT in a simple, relatable way. Start wherever feels right—and return often.
